  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details to understand our process:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Elbow Pads
  • Gloves
  • Helmets
  • Shin Pads

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, your new item will be shipped out once the return is processed.
