Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Elbow Pads
- Gloves
- Helmets
- Shin Pads
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, your new item will be shipped out once the return is processed.
